According to Jeremy Fowler at ESPN, the Steelers and Cam Heyward are finalizing a contract extension. Fowler says his sources tell him that it's a five year deal that includes the last year of Heyward's current deal and has $65.6 million in new money.
Cam posted a somewhat cryptic tweet on Sunday night that said "Pittsburgh is where I belong!" along with a video that you can watch below!
The Steelers also shared that tweet and said, "We’re excited that you’re staying in Pittsburgh with a new 5-year deal through 2024!"
