Tim Dougherty has been a Steelers season ticket holder for 47 years and for the past 16 years, his son Pat, has been going to games with him.
The past few years haven't been easy for the Dougherty family. Last year Tim's wife, Maura, passed away after a long illness, and he was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, which is now in remission.
The father and son tell their story in a new video released by Pepsi this week, and at the end of it, Ryan Shazier shows up at their house with a gift from the Steelers....a couple of seats from Heinz Field!
Shazier said, "We know you can't make it to the games this year, so we wanted to bring the seats to you guys."
