This was a national survey, conducted over 11 months by an online insurance marketplace company...drivers were judged on speed, excess acceleration, cell phone use, hard braking and hard turning...Specifically Pittsburghers drive way too fast and use their cell phones while driving way too much! To me, Pittsburghers DON'T stop at Stop Signs anymore and they also DON'T stop for Red Lights anymore! I see this EVERY DAY driving to and from work! And I only live like 5 miles from DVE! Pittsburgh Drivers
